Teens and young adults are more socially connected than ever, and somehow lonelier, more stressed and anxious than ever.

Life Unleashed Ventures is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering adolescents and young adults to develop a strong sense of identity, purpose, and belonging during the most critical stages of their lives. In a world where many young people feel disconnected and uncertain of their place, we provide transformational experiences that address the root causes of emotional distress, behavioral challenges, and disconnection, while encouraging communication, and heart centered leadership.

An interruption to life on autopilot.

Our programs interrupt the automatic patterns that keep people stuck.  In a safe, supportive space, participants build presence and emotional intelligence, and learn firsthand that real connection is what makes a life satisfying and successful.

Our programs provide our students with the opportunity to leave the past behind and create the future they desire by uncovering the ways in which they limit their self-expression and full potential.

After the training I was less stressed, talked more, I was able to get more work done and be more productive. I am really close to the people I did the training with and I’m happier. It’s nice to have someone to talk to and tell them anything.

It’s a fun experience. You’re going to meet a lot of great people. You get a great sense of community where everyone is helping you and you are helping them. It’s really fun, I had a good time.

The best thing about the training is the people you meet, it’s like a whole different friend group that gets built with people you wouldn’t think you would be friends with. You meet a lot of cool new people and have new experiences and you’re able to talk to those people and it’s such a cool thing.
